Reg: Revision of wages and service conditions of bank employees
You are aware that the 8th Bipartite Settlement on wages and service conditions of employees will get expired on 31-10-2007 and the need has arisen to revise the same having regard to the all-round increase in the cost of living, erosion in the wages of the employees on account of spiraling price rise, increased workload on the employees, contributions of the employees in improving the business of the Banks, etc.
